How can I buy Protect?

Protect is available exclusively for organisations as part of an Employee Benefit to staff.

How do my employees register for Protect?

Once your business account is set up and you have your Protect Employer Code, you can purchase employee codes that can then be allocated to named employees.

Your staff can then register their Protect Employee Account at app.discover-protect.com

During the registration process they will need to enter your unique Protect Employee Code to gain access and prove, via online validation, that they own the email account that will be put onto Protect for watching.

Is there a minimum term that I need to register with Protect?

We do enforce a minimum initial 12-month commitment from our business customers.

It’s worth remembering that you will only be invoiced each month for the total number of users within your Protect account.

Do my employees pay anything?

Your employees do not need to enter any payment details when they register for their Personal Protect Account.

Protect is exclusively available for organisations to offer as part of their Employee Benefits Packages or similar mechanisms.

You, the employer, are responsible for all fees paid to Protect.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of my employees that can use Protect?

No. Whilst employee take up is frequently high, we do not set a minimum to the number of employees you need to have active within your account. Equally, there is no maximum limit to the number of employees that can use Protect under your Protect Business Account.

Can I see which employees are registered under my Protect Business Account?

You will be responsible for the allocation of the codes to your employees. XCyber® will see the allocated code and the user provided email address, which will not be shared with you.

Can I see if any of my employees' data has been included in a recent data breach?

No. All data that is included within Protect scans and our Discover database is kept private.

Each employee can only see information associated with their personal details.

As an employer you will have no visibility of any data associated with your employees or if their data has been found in a scan.

How do I ensure only my employees are using Protect on my organisation account?

You are responsible for the allocation of the user account codes that are required to sign up for the services offered by Protect.
